Vacant residential blocks of land with underground water infrastructure will automatically incur a vacant land charge of $431.00*.

Water Billing Options

1. Standard Plan (Fixed Allocation)

Residential properties are allocated 772kL of water for the cost of $942.00 per consumption year. This is split in two equal parts and charged over two rates notices each financial year. This is $471.00 for six months.

Water consumption over this allocation will be billed at $3.61 per kilolitre as excess water.

2. Water Watchers Plan – Two part tariff

Residential properties are charged a fixed amount of $431.00 per year. This is split into two equal parts and over two rates notices. This is $215.50 for six months, plus a water consumption charge billed at $1.73 per kilolitre.
